Speaker, consultant, and author, specializing in workplace interventions.
My approach and philosophy
Inclusivity and celebrating differences while also highlighting commonalities is at the heart of everything I do.
My goal when working with clients is to dig deeper, beyond the symptoms of problems, and treat the root causes. I make the implicit explicit. That means I ask a lot of initial questions to make sure I fully understand a client’s unique issues and customize a program that is easy to digest, specific to the audience, and applicable to their roles.
I am a humanist and an optimist. I do not believe in high potential vs. low potential human beings but rather that, in the right circumstances with the right support, resources, and knowledge, everyone is capable of great things.

A little bit about me.
For almost 30 years I’ve been an independent organizational behavior consultant. I am a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest companies in the professional services, tech, and pharma industries hired to solve some of their most chronic business problems by offering user-friendly solutions aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives. Before striking out on my own I was the Director of Training and Development for the American Medical Association and was part of the Human Resource Development group for Brunswick Corporation.
